Our Indoor Performance Manager Callum Grieve spent some time in Wales recently representing NI Volleyball at the prestigious Home Nation’s Coaching Leaders Course. Over the next 12 months, Callum will attend 8 development courses across the UK working with 17 other NGB’s from NI, Scotland and Wales who will join together to help support the growth of our coach education systems by developing the appropriate opportunities to bring our coaching workforce to life.
Callum said, “I’m thankful to Sport NI for the opportunity to work alongside other NGBs across the Home Nations. 3 days of fantastic workshops, and a lot of learning to take back to NI Volleyball helping us to improve our Coaching Development process. I’m excited to see where this journey takes us, and building on the new friendships created.”
